ShiftReady enhances the training process by lowering costs through the removal of user-based charges (or providing FREE access if you’re a Nursa partner), providing effortless setup and quick course updates, and reducing the time and burden training puts on your administrative staff.

There are no user-based charges. Instead, there is a small flat fee for setup and ongoing maintenance determined by the size and complexity of your course. However, if you are working with Nursa, our exclusive healthcare staffing partner, all fees are waived.

ShiftReady’s platform is web-based and accessible from any device, at any time. No special software or additional applications are required.

The platform can support nearly any type of existing training content that your facility may have including PDFs, PPTs, MP4s, SCORM files and more.

Once your facility provides its training materials to the ShiftReady team, ShiftReady will handle the process of converting existing materials into engaging, mobile-ready courses. Your facility with have opportunities to provide feedback and approve the course, and can also request updates or changes to the course at any time.

Absolutely! ShiftReady offers comprehensive tracking of each learner’s progress, including completed courses and quiz results. With its robust reporting and recordkeeping tools, you can easily access and monitor this data anytime—keeping your staff’s training on track with minimal effort.
